A good day begins with a good breakfast. With us, there's no need to get up early or stick to fixed buffet times – your breakfast is ready whenever you are.
OUR BREAKFAST BOX
Instead of an anonymous buffet, we prepare a lovingly assembled breakfast box for you – available as an optional extra to your room for €18 per person. From 7:30 am it's ready for you, marked with your room number, in the fridge in our breakfast room.
WHERE YOU ENJOY IT – AT YOUR OWN PACE
Whether cosily in our breakfast room, relaxing in your room or on the go on your way to the Elbe: you decide where and when you have breakfast. A high chair is available in the breakfast room for our youngest guests.
COFFEE & TEA INCLUDED
Coffee and tea come with the breakfast box at no extra charge. Our coffee is roasted exclusively by a Hamburg roastery – an aromatic start to the day.
FOR A LITTLE SOMETHING IN BETWEEN
In the fridge in our breakfast room you'll also find a selection of drinks. Help yourself at any time and pay conveniently on site according to the price list provided.

After booking and payment, you'll receive all the important information and your personal access code by email in advance. From 3:00 pm you can collect the key independently and securely from our key safe. At check-out by 10:00 am, simply place the key back in the safe. This means late arrivals are never a problem.

How does check-in work?
Check-in is possible from 3:00 pm and is done conveniently via our key safe.
Before your arrival, you'll receive all the important information and your personal access code by email. This means arriving outside reception hours is no problem.
What time is check-out?
Check-out is by 10:00 am. On departure, please simply place the room key back in the key safe.
Is a late arrival possible?
Yes. Thanks to our key safe, arriving in the evening is no problem at all.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
Is breakfast available?
On request you can add our lovingly prepared breakfast box (€18 per person). From 7:30 am it's ready in the fridge marked with your room number – to enjoy in the breakfast room, in your room or to take away. A high chair is available in the breakfast room.

Are there drinks available on site?
Yes. In our guest fridge you'll find a selection of chilled drinks around the clock.
Are dogs welcome?
Yes. We have two dog-friendly rooms on the ground floor, each with its own terrace. Please let us know about your dog when booking.
Can the beds be separated?
Yes. In the upper-floor rooms, the double beds can be arranged as two single beds if needed – ideal for friends, business travellers or contractors.
Is there a family room?
Yes. Our family room consists of two interconnecting bedrooms, each with a double bed, offering plenty of space for families or friends travelling together.
Is parking available?
Yes, free parking is available for our guests right at the property.
Is there a bike room?
Yes. To the right of the house there's a lockable bike room you can use free of charge.
How far away is the Elbe?
The Elbe and the historic old town of Glückstadt are just a few minutes' walk away.
Can I book directly?
Yes. Through our website you book directly with us – with no middlemen and personal service.
Can I cancel my booking free of charge?
The cancellation terms agreed at the time of booking apply. You'll find these in our Terms & Conditions and in your booking confirmation.
